The Master Cares About your Emptiness

Text: John 2: 1-10

Jesus, His mother & disciples were at the wedding feast; it implies that the celebrants had a personal relationship with Jesus & His family. This shows how crucial a (close) personal relationship with Jesus is. Imagine how it’d have been if Jesus wasn’t there when the wine ran out.

In seeming to reject His mother’s request, Jesus wasn’t being rude he wanted to see how much she wanted His help in the situation. When there’s a seeming tightening of circumstances in your life, God wants to see if you’ll bend, break or hold onto Him.

The solution to every problem that you’re experiencing in your life is found in a close personal relationship with the Master.

Everyone has a void in his or her life. What exactly do I need to do to fill this void?

1.     Realise that the Master cares about you (1Pet. 5:7)

2.     Never give up on your faith

3.     Do your part by obeying the Master
