As a dynamic church we have Affinity Groups defined by age, sex, common background and language that meet monthly. These groups help to reach out to the specific needs of each group providing a seamless interface consequently promoting a sense of togetherness in overall fellowship.
The Abrahams is the men affinity group of Glory Christian Ministries.

In pursuance of these objectives the group is divided into eight zones within the Lagos metropolis

3. DELIGHTFUL & GLORIOUS SISTERS: IJESHATEDO
4. VIRTUOUS WOMEN: FESTAC – OKOKOMAIKO – AJEGUNLE – APAPA
5. TREASURES: ISOLO – OKOTA
6. OIL OF GLADNESS: EJIGBO – JAKANDE ESTATE – OKE-AFA – IKOTUN
7. FRUITFUL VINE: OSHODI – AJAO ESTATE – GBAGADA
These zones have been so divided in order that in case of emergency, we are able to reach out to the person involved promptly. Also, to foster friendship amongst zonal members as meetings are usually scheduled on rotational basis from house to house.
The zonal leaders function as connecting points between the women in their zones and the executives of the Daughters of Zion, who in turn are answerable to the church concerning any woman.

The Singles Fellowship is the forum for Singles in Glory Christian Ministries. Our objective is simple, to become model singles reflecting the light of God for the world to see. Join us and let’s travel the road of peace, joy and fun in Christ together. Welcome to the family.
As Christian professionals, we seek to proclaim and project Christ in our various endeavours through a lifestyle of integrity and purity.
For effective interaction, the Singles affinity group operates through a cell group model. The cell groups, six in all, are headed by a cell group leader who presides over the cell meetings.

The Youth Fellowship of Glory Christian Center, Odo-Olowu is a group of young individuals between the ages of 13 and 30 years. We are young people divinely connected to the Creator (God) and one another through Him.
We are the products of the undeniable work of the Lord Jesus Christ who shed His blood on the cross of Calvary, died and rose again to the Glory of the Father.
We are under the umbrella of God’s anointing on the life of Dr. I.S James.
Mission:
Our mission is to raise Young people of Integrity and Responsible Christianity, who will demonstrate the presence of the Holy Spirit in their lives with a passion for souls.
Other stems of focus include:
Preparing the young people for the next stage of life – Singlehood and marriage.
Guiding them in their career path; maintaining quality young people who will live their Christian lives with integrity and Practical responsibility.
Building an effective spiritual, social, mental life.
Guiding young people to a full, proper and fulfilled singlehood and adulthood.
Building young lives that are all passionate about God’s word and the Holy Spirit and live accordingly.

The Ministry has the responsibility to accomplish the vision and mandate of the ministry by relating with members, new comers and bringing them into becoming one community.
- The primary responsibility is to focus on those who left their homes to come to Church, and in one way or the other shows interest in becoming members of the Church
- Receives the new people that come to Church, and through purposeful visitation follow them up until they become planted in the Church
- Devising responsible ways of going out to bring others into the Church. This shows that the task of this department go beyond the Church walls.
The department focus on matters in the Church relating to Audio, Video, Projection, CDS, MP3, Cameras, and Microphones etc.
Responsible for directing the production and reinforcement of electronic sound in the church with clarity that will ensure optimum sound output during the various church services.
Has the responsibility of showing excellence in coming up with viable television coverage and production, hence capturing and preserving the very essence and uniqueness of every church service and event.
Take inventory of all equipments (Sounds, Audios/Visuals) in the department and ensures proper and periodic maintenance of those equipments.
Have the responsibilities of monitoring and maintaining all sound equipment and other electrical equipment use during church services and putting up concerted efforts at improving the efficiency of staying abreast of modern day technology.
HOD to organize from time to time, trainings for members of the department
Membership of this department is open to any individual who possesses the basic desire for camera works and production. Who also must meet the membership requirements of the church.

The Treasury Department is the group that is charged with the responsibility of the collection and management of the finances of the church.
In view of the sensitive nature of this department membership is restricted.
The Department is the group charged with the responsibility of cleaning and maintaining the church facilities, keeping them in a state of order and user friendly before, during and after services and programmes.
Membership of this department is open to any individual who possesses the basic desire to serve, who also must meet the membership requirements of the church.
The Department exists in structure to ensure a delightful worship experience for all persons, every time they come into Glory Christian Ministries and that our mode of behavior inspires a ‘warmliness’ for true worship.
The Team
To achieve the above we have a highly disciplined group of people trained to guide, guard and maintain orderliness in the church. With a potpourri of skills in the areas of logistics, Marketing, IT, Banking, Para-military, just to mention a few, we provide world-class seamless operations.
What we do
Our areas of operation include
Greeters: Like a breath of fresh air, the Greeters present an atmosphere of warmth and friendliness.
Security: The safety of life and property of every worshipper is the paramount task of this unit. You can be rest assured that once within the parameter of the church you are well secured.
Protocol: Here we ensure that our members adhere to the required Code of Behaviour when carrying out their tasks. We create an atmosphere of orderliness around the officiating ministers and pastors.
Ushers: We try as much as lies within us to ensure that there is an orderly environment that is conducive for worship in the auditorium and by so doing helping the congregants achieve their primary aim of coming to church.
Surveillance: We are your ever present ‘Eagle eye’ around the entire facility and the departments

THE QUARRY – Our Life Development Process
This is where the Word of God, and particularly the founding Vision and Mission of this Ministry is ‘dug out, drilled, shaped or broken down’ into simple understandable units and taught to the larger congregation.
The Quarry is divided into the
• Trainers – who teach the life development classes and
• The Family Point Pastors who coordinate the Family Points.
THE CLASSES
1) NEW KINGS’: These are meant for people who have newly accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, and born again Christians who are newly joining Glory Christian Ministries. Classes holds on Sunday 8.30 – 9am and Tuesday 6pm. These classes run for about 13 weeks.
2) P.R.C: The lessons of these classes focus on the Vision, Mission and our uniqueness as a church – Practical & Responsible Christianity. These classes are meant for the graduates of New Kings’ Classes and run for 6 weeks. Classes hold every Sunday from 8:30 – 9am.
3) DISCIPLESHIP: These classes run for 6 weeks. The teachings here focus on deepening our faith in the Master and seeks to re-shape the mindset and lifestyle of the believer to conform with that of the Saviour. It is mainly for the graduates of the P.R.C. classes.
4) MINISTRY: The emphasis of the teachings in these classes is to enable believers discover and understand their unique grace, gifts, calling. The classes run for 6 weeks and it is meant for graduates of Discipleship classes.
5) MISSIONS: Here in these classes, we come face to face with what Christ meant when He said in Matt. 4:19 “follow me, and I will make you fishers of men”. We now come to a full understanding of our mission in life, and the purpose of His call – “doing the work of an evangelist” (2Tim.4:5). These classes are for members who have passed through classes 1-4 successfully.
WISDOM FOR LIVING
For 9 weeks, thrice in a year, “wisdom for living” classes holds. Every member of classes 2-5 is qualified to attend. Wisdom for living is the teaching of application of other life development classes in our “market places”.
Every Friday evening from 6pm at different locations of Family Points, members meet at little groups in homes, to break the Word and bond with each other. These family points are coordinated by Family Point Pastors.
The Children’s Church is as old as Glory Christian Ministries and regarded as the foundation for the future of the Ministry hence premium emphasis and attention is paid not just to the development of the children but also to those who are responsible for teaching them.
The establishing mandate of the Children’s Church is to ensure the wholesome development of the children spiritually, socially and mentally. The intent is to inculcate in them godly character that would ensure they develop into young adults of impeccable character and integrity.
It’s a cardinal responsibility of the custodians of the above mandate to identify develop and nurture innate talents and gifting for the purpose of edifying the body of Christ and for His worship.

- Print Media like the DOXA, Tracts, etc.
- Adverts of programs, Blogs, Podcasts, etc.
The Prayer Partners are a group of ‘spiritual warriors’ who bring about positive changes through effectual, fervent and governmental prayers. It is an open group for every member of the church and non members who wish to grow as intercessors.
The purpose of this group is to pray for our ministers, church members, our state, our nation and the body of Christ with particular attention on Glory Christian Ministries.
We meet every Monday from 11pm to 3am.
To be a part of this group you must be:
1. A Christian with passion to pray for others.
2. A member of Glory Christian Ministries.
3. Consistent in our meetings for at least three months

Whilst Glory Christian Ministries International prides itself in catering for the spiritual needs of the members, we also appreciate the need to cater for their emotional needs also. The Counselling unit was set up for precisely that reason; counselling people in times of distress and pain.
The department boasts of qualified and seasoned counsellors well grounded in the Scriptures who proffer solutions to whatever problems and challenges brought before them.
Counselors are available at the church premises on Sundays, after service, and on Saturdays between 5.30pm and 8.00pm.

The Music Ministry is the group responsible for leading congregational worship and praise, creating an ambience for true worship and ministration during church services and programmes.
Membership of the music ministry is open to any individual who possesses the basic musical talents in singing and instrument playing. Who also must meet the membership requirements of the church.
The Drama & Dance department is platform created for members to express and develop their acting and dancing talents, and skills in the worship of God.
The scope of the drama & dance group is to engage in ministrations that help to drive home present truths as God reveals through his servant.
Membership is open to any individual who meets the membership criteria of the
church.
