Topic: Do You Want to See?

Text: Ruth 1: 1-6

As Christians, we ought to do our part as citizens of our nations in growing it. This way we have a basis to pray for the country

Your latter end will be greater than your former. God will locate you where you are!

Reference to last week’s sermon: There’s no child of God that’s born blind

As a new creation of God, you have eyes that work. But it’s your responsibility to see with your eyes.

Many times in the things of life, we “look”, but we don’t “see”

The greatest challenge of our age is darkness (Isaiah 60:2)

We are not speaking about a lack of illumination, but a darkness of the souls & hearts of men

Based on this, we would be going into error by looking at the world’s systems of operation for direction

As Christians, we ought to ask God for our eyes of understanding to be enlightened and opened to God’s directions

God’s direction for us isn’t there just for our personal & business lives, but for us to solve national issues as well

God’s idea for our salvation is that it’s a total package. Affecting our spirits, souls & bodies

What can you see about where you are in life right now?

Don’t let your current situation in life limit your vision and stop you from seeing what God wants you to see.

How can we ensure we see better & actually see what God wants us to?

1. There has to be some form deliberateness in us to see. A strong deliberate effort to see

You have to be determined to see. Ignorance – resulting from failing to see where God’s taking us is expensive!

Never judge God by the experiences of other men.

2. Never allow a temporary experience determine your permanent position in Christ.

We must learn to track God & stay with Him at every time!

3. Allow the LORD to change your heart.

The change has to come from within. If you can’t see from within, then your vision on the outside is obscured as well

We should be determined to follow God, track Him & live by His standards. That’s the way to God ordered success

God is on your side & working on your case. Let it be settled in your heart that victory is yours

I will not be blind; I choose to see & refuse blindness. I will stay with God whatever it costs me

I refuse ignorance and expunge it from my lineage in Jesus’ name! I receive the capacity to see & understand the times

I will prevail by righteousness in Jesus’ name. I will live by the LORD’s standards.

I receive sight to enable me see and set proper directions for my children’s lives in Jesus’ name

As you keep your focus on Jesus, whatever you lay your hands on to do prosper in Jesus’ name!

Spiritual blindness is rebuked from your lives today in Jesus’ name!

You will know where the LORD is taking you & where He wants you to be at every point in time
